Create your own rituals to meet your needs through the connection with the elements of nature. Four days of immersion with original songs, movement, prosody practices, contact with inner nature through the surrounding nature. Creating verses and melodies for personal mantras or "rezos", group ceremonial experience, singing to the horses, and more... Day 1: Fire - Ritual of Ignition Day 2: Air - Ritual of Expansion/Expression Day 3: Water - Ritual of Relaxation/Depression Day 4: Earth - Ritual of Processing and Integration Sessions starting between 9am and 10am, with an hour and a half break for lunch and closing the day between 6pm and 6:30pm, on the day of the ceremony we will start at 11am and close the day around 9pm.
