How long does each session last?
Each session lasts approximately one hour. During this time, we will explore a variety of topics and activities that will contribute to your development. Make the most of this opportunity to learn and grow.
Do you work with special price tables?
Yes, there is a difference in price for sessions in French, English or Spanish. This difference can be influenced by factors such as the construction of the songs, the experience of the professional and the complexity of the content covered. It is important to consider these aspects when planning the sessions.
Do you use Freudian or Jungian analysis techniques?
Due to my training in body psychotherapy, I use the Freudian approach, to which I add the Jungian approach in vocal psychotherapy. In this way, it is a holistic approach to which I also add the Carl Rogers approach and, when necessary, a behavioral approach.
